With a wide range of mental health and wellbeing training programmes - from stress to sleep, resilience to mindfulness, and the menopause to compassionate leadership - I always work with you to tailor programme delivery to your unique culture and employee needs, as well as any existing programmes you may have.

By upskilling leaders and employees with the strategies, tools and knowledge to effectively support one another with mental health and wellbeing related issues, and measuring the impact along the way.

Our four step process

We get to know you

1) Getting to know you

I work with you to understand your unique workplace needs and challenges so that I can tailor my services to provide the best fit and outcomes.

2) Clarifying your offer

Based on what I learn from you, and any needs analysis you may want, I set out a tailored programme of wellbeing training that will most benefit your employee and workplace culture, needs, and ambitions.

We support action

3) Supporting action

I support your drives to improve workplace wellbeing through bespoke, evidence-based and fit-for-purpose training - be it one session or a whole programme.

The training aims to engage, challenge and inspire participants so that they come away better informed, and able to take appropriate steps to support their own, or others' wellbeing needs.

we prove value

4) Proving value

I want the training to have meaning and make a difference.

By providing impact and feedback reports for all of my sessions, taking on any insights to inform our ongoing approach and to ensure maximum engagement and impact.
