Strategy development
Minds That Work offers strategy development support when creating or revising your organisational wellbeing strategy.
We base our strategic work on assessments of the psychosocial risks at work and organisational interventions from the World Health Organisation (WHO), modelling our strategy development around the World Mental Health framework - Prevent, Protect and Promote, and Support.
We also use the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) Management Standards approach. These focus on the six key areas of work that, if not properly managed, are associated with poor health and wellbeing, lower productivity and increased sickness absence - the primary sources of stress at work.
