Women’s health at work
"The Menopause Champion training course is a great way to find out more about the impact that the menopause can have inside and outside the workplace. It has given me the ability to take forward various initiatives to help colleagues who may be affected by the menopause and to raise awareness within the workplace.”
Creating psychologically safe workplaces for women
Menopause, menstrual health, fertility, and mental health aren’t side issues, they’re part of the everyday experience of women at work. Yet, too often, they’re misunderstood, minimised, or ignored altogether.
This oversight has tangible consequences. Research indicates that approximately 17% of women aged 40 to 60 have considered leaving their jobs due to insufficient menopause support, and 6% have actually left their roles for this reason. Additionally, the Fawcett Society estimates that one in ten women, aged between 40 and 55, working through menopause have left a job because of their symptoms. GOV.UK+1The Scottish Sun+1
Menopause and women’s health training is designed to change that. Whether you’re a manager looking to support your team more effectively, or an organisation ready to take proactive steps in building an inclusive and compassionate culture I can help with practical, evidence-based courses working in collaboration with specialists.
Each session is delivered with deep expertise and a real understanding of what it means to navigate these experiences in the workplace. With warmth, clarity and courage, I can help you shift the conversation and create spaces where women feel seen, supported, safe and empowered.
Because I truely believe, when we support women’s health at work, which also includes sexual harassment and parenthood, we support everyone.
