What is i-act?
i-act is an evidence-based workplace mental health training programme, accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists, designed for employees, managers, and leaders.
It helps organisations better navigate common mental health challenges at work, including stress, anxiety, and depression.
The training takes a practical, proactive, and preventative approach, giving people the tools and confidence to respond in everyday situations, while also supporting organisations to strengthen their overall approach to wellbeing and workplace culture.

Employees and Frontline Workers Course
Summary
Internationally accredited training for employees and frontline workers looking to better understand and upskill in evidence-based best practice for workplace mental wellbeing.
Become more knowledgeable and confident about:
How to improve personal workplace wellbeing and resilience - for yourself and other colleagues.
How to support your colleagues who may experience mental health or wellbeing issues in the workplace.

Best practices and recovery guidance: Best practice guidelines on the importance of not self-diagnosing or making assumptions about others, and effectively taking steps towards recovery.
Self-coaching and crisis support tools: Includes self-coaching and personal wellbeing assessment tools, tools for connecting, a guide to safe conversations, personal wellbeing plan templates (as recommended by HSE) and how to take action when in crisis.
