We all need extra support and tools from time to time. I am a passionate believer that wellness coaching using mindfulness techniques can help you better cope with stress. With mindfulness you will improve your emotional regulation which will reduce feelings of being overwhelmed in pressurised environments.

I have experienced high levels of stress myself so I know what it can be like. Having been a CEO for a mental health charity and a team leader at a financial consultancy in the City of London for many years I can personally vouch for the benefits regular mindfulness brought to my daily working life and personal development.

The coaching I provide will help you cope better with work-related stress and lower the risk of burnout improving your health, energy, motivation and confidence. I work with professional individuals experiencing uncomfortable levels of stress and anxiety at work.

Life is about relationships – with ourselves and others (either at home or work), or with our past, current, and future experiences. Relationships can be nurturing and rewarding. But, sometimes life events, such as separation and divorce, workplace stress, or job loss, can be difficult to successfully handle alone. We may disconnect to avoid a situation or turn to alcohol and other addictions when we feel hurt or betrayed in our relationships.

I have been qualified as a counselling psychotherapist for 10 years and can work with you to help find a way through your difficulties.  I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework.
